Our Safe Ministry Policy
St Stephens Belrose is committed to the safety and security of all people within our community and services. To ensure the safety of our children as well as the vulnerable in our church community St Stephens has safe practices to make sure we take care of all within our church.
St Stephens complies fully with the Safe Ministry Guidelines of the Sydney Anglican Diocese. All involved in leading or helping children’s ministry at St Stephens have completed their safe ministry and working with children’s checks.
Our Safe Ministry representative Anne Milne carries out the duties of safe ministry compliance in accordance with the safe ministry standards of the Sydney Anglican Diocese. Her role also involves reporting of any potential incidents of abuse by church workers so that our children and church members are protected.
