We are so glad you have taken the time to find out more about St Stephens Anglican Church at Belrose, and what we are on about. We'd love you to come along to a service, watch our services online, listen to a talk about Jesus, or get in contact with us anytime, using the page tabs above.
St Stephens is a vibrant, welcoming community of Christians who look to God through the Bible, God's word, for instruction, and to the Holy Spirit to strengthen and guide us in our service of Jesus. God has sent his one and only son to die on a cross to bring us forgiveness of our sins, peace with God, and new life. We believe that this faith in Jesus Christ affects all areas of our daily life and experience, and gives us great joy too. We want to share this hope that Jesus brings to our local community and beyond.
We are an evangelical Anglican church within the Diocese of Sydney. We're made up of people in all stages of life – from babies to retirees – and our community life reflects this variety. Our usual main gatherings are on Sundays with a traditional 8am service, a more contemporary 10am family service with children’s programmes, and an even more relaxed 5pm service in the evening. You can see one of our morning services livestreamed on the front page of our website.
There are a number of regular events throughout the week at the church and in people’s homes where friendships are made and strengthened, prayer and support is found and the Bible is studied. We are all on a journey and we hope that people will find healing and strength through our church and join in the work that God is doing in his world.
You are welcome at any of our activities and services.
